This one shows the importance of a preflight check, I was in such a hurry to get it hovering I didn't do one and a wrench I had left on the hull slid into the duct at full power. 

Here you can see what it did, out the lift duct down through the hull into the skirt.

This is all it did to the fan. (lucky)
